Welcome to Digital Freedom, a multichannel digital marketing agency. UAB Digital freedom (hereinafter called as the “Company”), located in Draugystės g. 9-37, LT-68251 Marijampolė, Lithuania, that is data processor and controller.
We established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter called as “Privacy Policy”) on how we deal with the information collected on Digital freedom website, as well as why we need to collect some of your personal data; therefore, you have to read this Privacy Policy.

1.2. At the same time, you provide your personal information, you are giving us your permission to process your personal data in order to perform Digital freedom services.
1.3. We may process data about your use of Digital freedom that may include your user ID, county, city, IP address, operating system, length of visit, pages visited. The source of this data is our analytics tracking system, and we use it for analytical purposes.
1.4. You may submit your name and email for marketing purposes of Digital freedom. We use services of Mailchimp, owned by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, to send you newsletters. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” button in every email you receive.
1.5. You may also contact us by entering your name, email, phone number and your message.
2. WHY WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU ABOUT YOU?
2.1. Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
2.2. For analytical purpose your submitted data will be stored for 3 years from the moment you provided required information to us or the last time you used our services.
2.3. For marketing purpose your submitted data will be stored for 5 years from the moment you provided required information to us or the last time you used our services or the moment you refused your data to be processed for the marketing purposes.
2.4. We put reasonable efforts to ensure safety of your personal information.
2.5. After the relevant retention period we oblige to destroy your personal information provided by you.

3.1.6. The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;
3.1.7. The right to object to the processing of personal data;
3.1.8. The right to lodge a complaint to the relevant data protection authority.
3.2. You may instruct us at any time not to process your personal information for marketing purposes.
3.3. We may withhold personal information that you request to the extent permitted by law.
3.4. We will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes.
3.5. Appropriate actions will be carried out no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your referral. Information submission may be conducted free of charge no more than once per calendar year.

4. YOUR RIGHTS
4.1. We strive to ensure the confidentiality of information you provided to us, therefore at the normal circumstances of the use of our services, we have no right to disclose your personal data to any other data recipients, if it does not require the proper implementation of the performance of Digital freedom.
4.2. If we are required by any law, we have a right to disclose information about you to the competent authorities. We may disclose your personal data to professional advisers as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining professional advice, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.
5. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
5.1. We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time without a prior notice. Any new amendments shall enter into force from the moment they are published on our website.
5.2. If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Policy, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
6. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

6.2. Considering that the data processing is performed in Lithuania, The State Data Protection Directorate of the Republic of Lithuania shall be deemed as a supervisory authority and you may contact it in case dispute between you and the Company is not settled by negotiation.
